It’s time for another edition of the Embrace Happy Happy Mail Programme to start bringing sunshine through your postbox! Can you believe it’s nearly March?! That’s what happens when February shorts us 2 or 3 days! As March begins this Sunday, it’s time to start getting names in the spreadsheet for the Embrace Happy March Happy Mail Programme. However, this month, things are going to be a little different. Last month, 40 of you received lovely cards from little old me. I had a wonderful time writing them out, embellishing them, handwriting the addresses and visiting various Royal Mail postboxes local to me. But that’s not entirely fun is it? Of course, it’s fun for you to receive your sunshine and it’s fun for me to send it. But ultimately I am hogging all of the sunshine! I’m not allowing YOU to shine! So now it’s your turn!
Sign up using the Embrace Happy March Happy Mail Programme form below. I will continue taking sign ups until Friday 6 March and will email you the details of your Happy Mail partner by Monday 9 March. You will then have until Tuesday 31 March to get your little ray of sunshine into the post! Simple. I will keep posting partners ideally in the same country so the postage cost is not too great. I am also helping you with another idea…a THEME!
We all love the idea of sending something fun in the post to someone. But when it comes right down to it, sometimes we are lacking in creativity. I’m not asking anyone to spend any amount or to create a massive parcel to send. I simply want you to send a card or letter to your Happy Mail partner. But to help give you some ideas, the Embrace Happy March Happy Mail Programme theme is…SPRING! Find a card that symbolises Spring to you. It could be decorated with tulips or crocuses; it could feature green grass and sheep; it could show sunshine & clouds; it could feature a sandy beach (if you live near one!). I would also like you to include an inspirational quote in the card/letter. Share your favourite Happy Message with your partner. You could write it out or print out a copy of something from Pinterest or Embrace Happy. What you do with the rest of the card and envelope or postcard or letter is up to you. I hope this will help anyone who is holding back on joining in with the Embrace Happy Happy Mail Programme. A bit of inspiration goes a long way! And a bit of sunshine from your own fair hand means an awful lot to the person you’re partnered with which I know you will bear in mind.
Here is your challenge:
- Sign up on the form below to join in with the Embrace Happy March Happy Mail Programme
- Await an email from me (by Monday 9 March) which will reveal your Happy Mail partner
- Buy or create a SPRING themed card or letter
- Include an inspirational quote
- Buy a stamp and pop your sunshine in the post
I am also requesting one final task from you: When you receive your Happy Mail, post a photo of the card you receive on our Facebook Group, on Instagram (@karinjoyce) or on Twitter (@embracehappy) and use the hashtag #embracehappy. I will pick some of my favourites to feature in a round-up post on Embrace Happy in April! What are you waiting for?! Sign up NOW!
